Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales at our Angus, Ontario location. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory control, ensuring an engaging, productive store environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, safety awareness, and excellent time and productivity management.

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
