Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates at our Burlington, ON location. You will drive profitable sales by overseeing merchandising, front-end operations, scheduling, and inventory management, while fostering a high-performance, safety-conscious team culture.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit and develop staff, ensure excellent customer service, and manage daily operations with a focus on efficiency and growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
• Completion of secondary school.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all operational activities within your store including: merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management, by creating an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store's success.

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
