Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager in Barrie, Ontario. You will lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales, oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and scheduling, and manage inventory to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

You'll report to the District Manager and create an environment where staff feel valued and motivated to contribute to the store's success. The role offers a competitive salary and bonus program within a Fortune 200 company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
• Completion of secondary school.

Responsibilities
