Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations and coaching team members to positively impact growth and create best-in-class customer experiences.
• Promote Rogers & Fido brands and deliver value-added solutions to customers, including Rogers Mastercard.
• Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
• Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events to support local small businesses.
