Job summary

Lammle's Western Wear in Canada is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver the Lammle's Experience. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in retail management, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will collaborate with the store team to achieve performance goals and uphold the brand's culture.

Qualifications

• Retail Management experience a must.
• TackExperience and knowledge an asset.
• Flexibility including evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Making the company mission statement our driving force.
• Managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the store in a manner consistent with Lammle's culture, Performance Standards and Beliefs, while providing the Lammle's Experience.
• Functioning as the coach, motivating source, and team leader for the store staff; liaison with the Customer Service Centre
• Guiding and supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures
• Operating a profitable store, while contributing to company strategies
• Executing all training standards, company programs as per direction.
• A strong focus on customer service and consistently maintaining customer service levels
• Merchandise the store based on promotions or season and store profile
• Communicate and support company promotions
• Complete markdowns and transfers accurately and in a timely manner
• Promoting and enhancing our company image
• Ensure displays and presentations are consistent with Lammle's image.
