Job summary

Lammle's Western Wear in Edmonton is seeking a Store Manager who will lead day-to-day store operations, coach staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will drive sales performance, uphold company standards, and maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that reflects the Lammle’s Experience.

As the leader, you will manage staffing, performance, and store reporting while championing teamwork and service excellence across our Western lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet company standards and drive sales
• Coach and develop store staff; liaise with Customer Service Centre
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and budgeting adherence
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and proper merchandise presentation
• Communicate promotions and brand guidelines; execute markdowns and transfers
• Promote and uphold Lammle’s Experience and culture
