Job summary

Lammle is seeking a motivated visual merchandiser in Canada to bring our Western Wear brand to life through engaging displays and thoughtful merchandising. You will ensure every store façade reflects the Lammle image and supports promotional activity.

You should have a passion for retail, an eye for detail, and strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate product flow and maintain visual standards across the store.

• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for product presentation, styling, and displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality visual standards that align with corporate brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain in-store displays and window displays.
• Promote and support promotions and product placements.
• Lead on merchandise display and presentation to reflect Lammle’s image.
• Coordinate product flow and stock to optimize floor space.
