7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Alberta. You will work with the Store Leader to guide store staff, drive customer service excellence, and implement merchandising programs. The role emphasizes talent development, loyalty promotion, and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Show strong retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs; promote loyalty.
• Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and store promotion routines.
• Ensure health and sanitation procedures are followed and products are in stock.
