7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader Trainee for our Canmore location. You will join a leadership team to drive customer service excellence, oversee merchandising, and coach staff while learning store operations and profitability.

The role emphasizes internal advancement, finance-minded oversight, and a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with questions welcome about growth paths and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, with routine store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store staff.
• Manage merchandising and marketing programs and monitor store performance.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive profitability and implement changes.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
