Urban Barn Ltd. in Mississauga, ON, is hiring a Part-time Stock/Product Operations Associate for our Outlet store.

The role focuses on leading visual merchandising on the sales floor, handling stock reception, and keeping backroom organized, while supporting customer service and the overall shopping experience. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.10–$18.60, mostly 12–20 hours per week, with shifts across weekdays, weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service experience preferred.
• Experience in Retail Sales and/or Visual Merchandising preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs.
• Flexible availability for 12-20hrs per week.

Contribute to the customer experience through supporting the store with an organized and cohesive visual presentation. As a Stock/Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for leading the visual merchandising on the sales floor, and managing the reception of stock and maintaining the backroom organization.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends).
