Job summary

Urban Barn is seeking a Part-time Stock/Product Operations Associate at our Outlet store in Mississauga, ON. You will help maintain the visual presentation on the sales floor, support stock reception, and keep the backroom organized while assisting customers.

This role offers 12–20 hours per week with varied shifts. You will gain retail operations experience while benefiting from a 40% discount on Urban Barn products and the chance to grow with a national retailer that values design and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and/or visual merchandising preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs.
• Flexible availability for 12-20hrs per week.

Salary Range: $18.10 To $18.60 Hourly

Contribute to the customer experience through supporting the store with an organized and cohesive visual presentation. As a Stock/Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for leading the visual merchandising on the sales floor, and managing the reception of stock and maintaining the backroom organization.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends).

What You Will Do
