Job summary

COS in Mississauga is seeking a Supervisor to elevate customer experiences through styling advice, product knowledge and a welcoming store atmosphere. You’ll support management, lead a sales team, and ensure efficient store operations including opening/closing and stock delivery processing.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a full-time schedule (32–40 hours per week) and a competitive hourly rate. Benefits are included.

• Previous experience in retail/hospitality with store operations knowledge.
• Customer-focused with excellent service.

• Manage store opening and closing procedures.
• Interpret sales data and optimize store performance.
• Lead and inspire sales assistants to maintain service standards.
• Oversee daily operations like delivery, replenishment, shop floor.
• Act as brand ambassador upholding company values.
