Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Mississauga is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, offering expert guidance and supporting their beauty journey.

You’ll learn product ranges and promotions, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and handle transactions accurately while keeping the store welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

Legal to work in Canada.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods during shifts.
Willingness to learn beauty products and services.

Responsibilities

Create memorable shopping experiences for customers.
Assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up displays and merchandise for promotions.
Enroll customers in the loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and manage inventory awareness.
Represent Sally Beauty culture values in daily operations.
