Job summary

Under Armour in Montreal is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and drive results. You'll back up the Assistant Store Manager and uphold merchandise standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-area experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Set priorities, sales and KPI targets to the team to achieve goals.
• Support store and regional leadership and HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
