You will coach performance, manage scheduling, collaborate with merchandising, and oversee daily operations from receiving to pricing and store presentation, ensuring exceptional customer service and financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management position.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service, product knowledge and current trends.
• Ensure that all key financial objectives (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction) are met.
• Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.
• Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.
• Monitor team performance through coaching, appraisal and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with merchandising to maintain standards and attractive merchandise presentation.
• Support daily store operations including receiving merchandise, pricing changes, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
