Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager is required.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations such as merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving.
• Attract and develop associates through comprehensive training and ongoing development.
• Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention programs.
