Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving).
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; provide training and ongoing development as a mentor and role model.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
