Job summary

TJX Canada invites applications for an Assistant Store Manager in Training at our Toronto Winners location. This immersive program rotates through store functions, developing essential leadership skills while engaging in management activities and daily operations to support sales goals and customer service excellence.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across merchandising, staff coordination, and operational procedures, with mentoring to prepare you for advancement within our off-price retail

Qualifications

1–2 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

Participate in on-the-job training to learn key store functions (merchandising, customer service, operations).
Assist in achieving store sales goals, expense management, shrink reduction, and customer service excellence.
Support the implementation of store action plans with Store Management on projects and promotions.
Organize and coach Coordinators, Jewelry, and Store Associate teams, including recruitment and training.
