ARC’TERYX in Toronto is seeking a Store Lead to join the store leadership team. You’ll work with the Assistant and Store Manager to guide Product Guides, shape guest experiences, and drive the five pillars of our business on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience and 1–2 years in retail.
• Passion for coaching others and unlocking potential.
• Strong customer service mindset delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to enforce health and safety guidelines.
• Proven ability to set a vision and align a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to daily business needs.
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support the in-store experience during shifts and oversee floor activity.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Lead from the floor five days a week.
• Oversee the five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Manage inventory tasks including receiving, restocking, and merchandising.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities to the team.
• Oversee sales targets, labor and budget management.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Process guest transactions via POS, warranties and returns.
