Responsibilities

• Secure and manage merchandise in designated areas per company procedures.
• Receive and process deliveries promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailers.
• Maintain an organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs with accurate documentation.
• Follow safe work practices and proper use of equipment such as box cutters and pallet jacks.
• Work with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve receiving issues efficiently.
• Safeguard backdoor access and key controls to comply with security standards.
• Follow cold chain procedures and document information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Train and support other Direct Stores Delivery Associates to ensure consistency.
