• Receive and Process Deliveries: Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise and alcohol, to support timely movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation: Maintains a clean receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs, and completing required documentation accurately.
• Safety and Equipment Use: Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Works with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance: Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with company guidelines and security standards.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance: Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, documenting information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Associate Training and Support: Assists with training and supporting fellow associates as needed.

• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards.
