Job summary

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Secure and manage high-ticket merchandise in designated locations following company procedures
• Receive and process direct and local deliveries, including OMNI merchandise and alcohol
• Maintain organized receiving area with returns, claims, and documentation
• Follow safe work practices and proper use of equipment
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve issues
• Safeguard backdoor access and key controls per company guidelines
• Follow cold chain procedures and document information using Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App
• Train and support other Direct Store Delivery Associates on receiving processes and standards
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
