Responsibilities

• Secure and Manage Merchandise: Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations.
• Receive and Process Deliveries: Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation: Maintains a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.
• Safety and Equipment Use: Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve receiving issues efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance: Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance: Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting information using the Receiving Temperature Log.
• Associate Training and Support: Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistency.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
