Job summary

Brio Steinbach is seeking a Managing Partner to lead day-to-day operations of the Steinbach branch, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional client service. This full-time permanent role requires strong leadership, staff development, and adherence to regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Leadership competency with high emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to develop employees in a coaching environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Critical thinker who analyzes information and uses logic to address issues, problems and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.

• Review branch financial statements and manage expenses.
• Act as ambassador for Brio Insurance and support community initiatives.
