Qualifications

• Level 1 Brokers license or working toward it required.

• Knowledge of risk management within insurance industry.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• This position processes basic insurance transactions and auto policies.
• Processes auto and basic insurance transactions under supervision of a more senior licensed broker.
• Identifies client needs and provides information on basic insurance products.
• Recommends and implements coverage, premiums and collects payment; promotes Brio/Interlake Insurance products.
• Support department goals and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain communication with staff for a friendly, efficient environment.
• Adhere to policies on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention.
