Job summary

Aramark Canada on the Dalhousie University campus is seeking a Starbucks Supervisor to lead operations with the retail management team. You will oversee staff, coordinate shifts, and model excellence in service and standards.

This role offers growth opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of leadership, 1+ years in food services, and familiarity with Starbucks or similar coffee concepts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' leadership experience required.
• 1+ years' food services experience required.
• Experience working with Starbucks, or similar speciality coffee franchise an asset.
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards considered an asset.
• Strong organizational and team building skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint; flexible schedule.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
