Aramark on the Dalhousie University campus is hiring a Starbucks Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach partners, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will manage shifts, uphold health and safety standards, and coordinate with a retail management team while remaining flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers career growth within a trusted hospitality partner on campus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' leadership experience required
• 1+ years' food services experience required
• Experience with Starbucks or similar specialty coffee franchise an asset
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards an asset
• Strong organizational and team-building skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
