Job summary

MFC Training in Canada is seeking a Standards Officer to join our team in Moncton, NB. You will monitor flight test results, organize ground school training, and lead audits to ensure compliance with manuals and aviation standards.

The ideal candidate has instructor training experience, holds a commercial or higher pilot license, and demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills. We offer comprehensive health benefits and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

MFC Training is currently looking for a Standards Officer to join our team in Moncton, NB.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of flight test results / Instructor development
  • Organizing and conducting ground school training
  • Organizing an audit team and conducting audits
  • Amendment of the manual
  • Develop Corrective Action Plans
  • Assist senior mangers as requested
  • Other duties as assigned.
