Job summary

MFC Training in Canada is seeking a Standards Officer to join the team in Moncton, NB. The role focuses on monitoring flight test results, organizing ground school training, audits, and manual amendments to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.

This is an on-site position with comprehensive benefits through PAL Group members. The ideal candidate will have experience with instructor training and supervision, hold a valid commercial pilot license or higher, and demonstrate excellent attention

Responsibilities

• Monitor flight test results and instructor development.
• Organize and conduct ground school training.
• Organize an audit team and conduct audits.
• Amend the manual and develop Corrective Action Plans.
• Assist senior managers as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of flight test results / Instructor development
• Organizing and conducting ground school training
• Organizing an audit team and conducting audits
• Amendment of the manual
• Develop Corrective Action Plans
• Assist senior mangers as requested
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with instructor training and supervision
• Have held a valid commercial, or higher, Pilot License
