Job summary

MFC Training in Fredericton, NB is seeking a motivated Non-certifying Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Apprentice) to join our maintenance team. You will assist with maintenance, repair and modification on aircraft and complete work sheets for work accomplished under supervision.

This apprenticeship program offers hands-on experience, career growth in aviation, and opportunities to work on a variety of aircraft while developing essential technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or equivalent experience.
• Experience with aviation maintenance is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

MFC Training is currently looking for Non-certifying AMEs (Apprentice) to join our team in Fredericton and Moncton, NB.

Duties & Responisbilities:

• Assist in carrying out maintenance, repair and modification on aircraft
• Complete work sheets for work accomplished
• Ensure that assigned aircraft are maintained in accordance with Customer Standards
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS;
  • Transport Canada Accrediation is preferred.
  • Maintenance Course preferred.
• Experience on Diamond DA20-C1, Piper Twin, Cessna single engine, or King Air is considered an asset
• Previous experience in an aviation role is considered an asset;
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
• Strong communication, decision-making, troubleshooting, and organization skills.
