Job summary

MFC Training is seeking Non-certifying Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Apprentice) to join their team in Fredericton and Moncton, NB. As Canada's largest private flight school, safety and quality are paramount in maintaining an elite fleet of aircraft.

The ideal candidates are recent graduates with a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course and experience in aviation. The position offers multiple benefits, including personal travel privileges and employee tuition assistance.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an Aircraft Maintenance Course through Transport Canada or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an aviation role is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in carrying out maintenance, repair, and modification on aircraft.
  • Complete work sheets for work accomplished.
  • Report unserviceable maintenance equipment.
  • Ensure assigned aircraft are maintained in accordance with Customer Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MFC Training is currently looking for Non-certifying AMEs (Apprentice) to join our team in Fredericton and Moncton, NB.

Duties & Responisbilities:
  • Assist in carrying out maintenance, repair and modification on aircraft
  • Complete work sheets for work accomplished
  • Report unserviceable maintenance equipment
  • Ensure that assigned aircraft are maintained in accordance with Customer Standards
  • Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as IC;
  • Transport Canada Accrediation is preferred.
  • Maintenance Course preferred.
  • Experience on Diamond DA20-C1, Piper Twin, Cessna single engine, or King Air is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in an aviation role is considered an asset;
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Strong communication, decision-making, troubleshooting, and organization skills.
