Reporting to the Executive Director, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for resident needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date employee information, assisting with recruitment processes, and executing various administrative duties. This involves utilizing scheduling software, monitoring staff absenteeism, coordinating call-ins, preparing reports, managing employee files, and supporting interview processes. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective problem‑solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
