St. Angela’s Meadow Care Centre is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations with a front-line reception role. You will handle telephone and in-person inquiries from residents, families, and community partners, and assist in payroll processing every other week.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of office experience, strong computer skills (Google Suite), and excellent organizational abilities. Prior experience with seniors is considered an asset.

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day general office administration operations. In addition, this position will provide front-line reception and act as a first point of contact for the home with regard to telephone and in-person inquiries from residents, family members, community partners and other parties.
Key duties also include the bi-weekly preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring the accurate maintenance of resident records, establishing working and filing systems to ensure office documentation meets legal and legislative standards and assisting in maintaining resident trust accounts, administrator’s account and petty cash
