Jarlette Health Services is seeking an Environmental Support Lead to coordinate environmental services and ensure that organizational standards are achieved at our Midland, Ontario location. The role involves supporting the Regional Director of Long-Term Care Operations in policy development and strategic planning.
You will manage day-to-day environmental services, lead a team, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining exceptional resident and staff experiences.

Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Long-Term Care Operations, the Environmental Support Lead will be responsible for coordinating seamless and efficient delivery of all environmental services and ensuring that standards set by the organization are achieved. They will provide and maintain effective management of the service which will involve ensuring the completion of all day-to-day operations. They will also support the Regional Director of Long-Term Care Operations in the strategic planning and development of policies and procedures. When not on the road this team member will work out of our Home Office which is located in Midland, Ontario.
