Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX or product design experience in SaaS or product-led environments.
• Strong portfolio showing design for complex data and multi-step forms.
• Proven track record driving impact on large, cross‑team initiatives.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Experience facilitating workshops and planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Set design craft standards and deliver prototypes and high‑quality designs.
• Manage multiple projects with clear plans and documented solutions.
• Apply systems thinking through information architecture and user flows.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering, and leadership.
• Drive AI-assisted discovery and design system governance.
