Job summary

Mnaasged Child and Family Services seeks a Staff Trainer to design and deliver capacity development training for staff and partners. You will develop curriculum, lesson plans, and work plans, coordinate with supervisors and agencies, and ensure confidentiality and proper reporting of training activities.

The role requires a Bachelor of Education (Master’s preferred), at least three years of training experience, and strong communication, time management, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or professional training certification.
• Three (3) years’ training experience developing and delivering curricula.
• Experience working with Indigenous people, organizations and communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze training needs through surveys and management sessions.
• Develop training work plans in cooperation with Supervisors.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver training sessions with agencies.
• Prepare summary reports and maintain training records and confidentiality.
