Lever, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Search Experiences based in Canada.

You will shape the strategy and execution of search experiences within a major desktop browser ecosystem, leading cross-functional teams to define success metrics and drive experimentation across traditional search and AI-powered capabilities. You will own strategy across Windows, macOS, and Linux, collaborating with engineering, research, design, data science, and business development to deliver impactful search

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of user-facing or revenue-impacting products.
• Experience in search, discovery, AI-powered capabilities, or browser/web-platform experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct management authority.
• Ability to translate data and research into clear product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for search experiences across a desktop browser.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation across search access points and interactions.
• Establish, track, and act on product success metrics with Data Science.
• Partner with Business Development on search partnerships and contractual alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and launch new search experiences.
• Balance user needs, privacy principles, technical constraints, and revenue in AI-enabled search.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning with opportunities and risks.
• Shape traditional search alongside AI-powered answers and agentic browsing.
• Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders toward aligned strategy.
