Job summary

Aurora Solar is seeking a Staff Product Designer in Canada to lead end-to-end design for our Sales Mode experiences, guiding project creation, financing options, and contract signing. You will partner with Product and Engineering to scope milestones and drive multi-quarter initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience and leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to simplify multi-step workflows and design intuitive experiences for multiple personas.
• Deep customer empathy with B2B constraints while maintaining end-user experience.
• Data fluency: pair quantitative signals with qualitative insight to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design leadership for Sales Mode experiences, from project creation to contract signing.
• Set multi-quarter vision and strategy for Sales Mode, translating business goals into design direction.
• Lead discovery using interviews, workflow analysis, and data to prioritize problems.
• Design flows balancing installers, financiers, and homeowners, including edge cases and compliance.
