Job summary

Finlink Group in Canada is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of features using C#, React, and distributed systems. You will shape an AI-driven engineering platform powering multiple brands from a shared foundation, balancing autonomy with accountability.

You’ll work across the stack, implement scalable architectures, and leverage Docker/Kubernetes in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience delivering production-grade full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in .NET / C#, RESTful API development, and Next.js / React.
• Experience designing, building, and operating high-throughput distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar.
• Proven delivery of reliable third-party and B2B API integrations.
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth, HMAC, idempotency, audit logging).
• Docker and Kubernetes hands-on experience.
• Cloud experience (Azure) and CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of product features from design through deployment and production support.
• Design, build, and operate highly available, high-performance distributed systems.
• Build and maintain third-party and B2B integrations on a shared platform.
• Develop and operate containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leverage AI coding agents and automated verification tools to accelerate development.
• Establish reusable technical patterns and drive architectural decisions across workstreams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems from edge to origin.
• Monitor and improve production reliability, observability, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and rapidly apply new tools when needed.
