Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build real-time data processes at scale on a global team in Canada. You’ll contribute to distributed systems and work directly with major brands.

Responsibilities include delivering features with AI coding tools, writing specs, reviewing code, and collaborating with product and other engineers to meet requirements. A strong CS foundation is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programming using open source tech.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑functional teams.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new product features using agentic coding tools as part of daily workflow.
• Write specs and prompts; guide agents to high-quality results.
• Review, test, and debug agent-generated code for correctness and security.
• Design, code, and test new product features; automate tests where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Product and engineers to understand requirements.
• Participate in agile processes and on-call rotation.
