Job summary

Method CRM is seeking a .NET Full-Stack Developer to build customer-facing features across C#/.NET, React, and our in-house Storybook library. You will work on AWS-based services, serverless components, and messaging architectures to scale the platform while solving real business problems.

The role emphasizes high-quality code, collaboration with the Admin and Development teams, and a culture that blends AI-driven speed with thoughtful engineering decisions. Toronto-based hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building web apps across front-end and back-end.
• Strong C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web API, MVC, REST, design patterns, SPA, monolith vs. microservices, and Git.
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and a front-end SPA library (Angular / React).
• Persistence storage and ORMs (SQL / NoSQL).
• Unit and integration testing; Agile (Sprint / Kanban) experience.
• Works AI-first with disciplined verification — uses AI to accelerate analysis, code, and tests.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, prioritizes well, and enjoys problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy well-tested services and features.
• Refine project requirements to resolve ambiguity and keep delivery in scope.
• Provide in-depth analysis and resolutions to complex user-reported problems.
• Contribute ideas to enhance performance and usability of the platform.
• Participate in story and task breakdowns, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate early with leadership when architecture, security, or objectives are impacted.
