Method in Toronto is hiring a .NET Full-Stack Developer to build customer-facing features using C#/.NET, React, and an in-house Storybook. The role spans frontend and backend on AWS/serverless. You’ll ship high-quality code and help scale the platform while balancing AI-driven speed with careful judgment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building web applications across front-end and back-end.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web API, MVC, REST, design patterns, SPA, monolith vs. microservices, and Git.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/HTML/CSS and a front-end SPA library (React/Angular).
• Experience with persistence storage and ORMs (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with unit and integration testing and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and verification approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy well-tested services and features.
• Refine requirements to remove ambiguity and keep delivery scoped.
• Provide in-depth analysis and root-cause resolutions to user-reported issues.
• Contribute ideas to improve performance and usability of the platform.
• Participate in story breakdowns, code reviews, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Communicate early with leadership when architecture, security, or objectives change.
