• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including a modern data stack.
• 2+ years in a Staff or Lead role with project leadership.
• 5+ years writing production-grade code, preferably in Go.
• Familiarity with modern data lakehouse technologies.
• Strong experience with stream processing pipelines.

• Lead delivery of a data lakehouse architecture.
