Job summary

Toronto Metropolitan University seeks a highly organized SRFI Coordinator to support fellowship programs and day-to-day operations. You will work directly with TMU fashion designers and alumni, coordinate programs, partnerships, and communications, and connect Fellows with university resources.

You’ll contribute to research programming, community engagement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives while providing day-to-day support to the Director.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, PM or Business Administration.
• 20
• Minimum two years coordinating programs, events, or related initiatives including budgeting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities for recruitment of Fellows and alumni.
• Lead fellowship postings, applications, reviews and participant tracking.
• Plan SRFI programs, workshops, venues, vendors, and promotions.
• Create detailed project plans with schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee financial activities: purchase requests, reimbursements, expenses, and reporting.
• Provide scheduling support and communications to the Director and SRFI team.
