Job summary

Toronto Fashion Academy (TFA) seeks an Enrolment & Programming Coordinator to support growth, development, and day-to-day coordination of educational programming and student enrolment activities.

The role blends recruitment, admissions, program coordination, events, communications and industry engagement, serving as a key contact for prospective and current students while developing responsive programming for the fashion industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, admissions, student services, program coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion and creative industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with prospective students, clients, or customers is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Independent work style with initiative.
• Sales and customer-service orientation is essential.
• Ability to communicate confidently with students, parents, instructors, and industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students through email, phone, social media and other channels.
• Guide prospective students through enrolment: program selection, registration, payment, scheduling and next steps.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective students throughout decision and enrolment.
• Communicate value and career opportunities of TFA programs and workshops.
• Conduct consultations to understand interests, goals, experience and career aspirations.
• Support enrolment campaigns to increase conversions and retention.
• Maintain records of prospective and enrolled students.
• Track enquiries, conversions and enrolment metrics.
• Coordinate development, scheduling and delivery of workshops and programs.
• Assist in developing new programming based on industry trends and student demand.
• Coordinate instructors, guest speakers, venues and materials.
