Job summary

University of Toronto is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support a team of program officers, coordinating casual staff onboarding, events, and project logistics on the St. George campus in Toronto.

You will manage recruitment logistics, monitor progress, and keep documentation updated. You will coordinate space and resources, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure smooth operation of student experience programs while upholding equity and inclusion standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years coordinating student experience programming in a post-secondary setting.
• Experience planning events, logistics, scheduling and operational support.
• Experience onboarding casual staff and providing ongoing training.
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking progress and timelines.
• Experience maintaining information in digital platforms, databases, or CMS.
• Experience processing expense reimbursements.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong administrative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Tact, discretion and handling confidential matters.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing processes and recommending changes for more efficient coordination of operations
• Tracking and collecting information on project progress
• Responding to enquiries within the defined scope of the role and redirecting as appropriate
• Coordinating the recruitment process and training of casual staff
• Coordinating staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
• Determining logistical details and activities for events and/or programming
• Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate space and resource requirements
