Job summary
Bank of Montreal is seeking a high-impact Lead, Technology Support & Reliability Engineering to drive a shift from reactive support to a fully engineered, AI-enabled reliability model for Commercial Banking platforms. You will lead L2/L3 teams, own major incidents, and steer a modernization program based on SRE, AIOps, and NoOps practices.

Qualifications
- Cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-prem deployment experience.
- Deep observability experience, preferably with Dynatrace.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
- Automation experience; Ansible a plus; strong AIOps mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead L2 and L3 technology support and SRE teams across Commercial Banking platforms.
- Own major incident management, escalation, and recovery processes.
- Drive service stability, availability, and resiliency across the tech stack.
- Lead transformation toward a modern SRE-driven operating model with AIOps and NoOps.
- Build automated workflows and deployment pipelines; enable end-to-end service automation.
- Support cloud adoption and enhance proactive operational capabilities.
- Define and execute technology support strategy and operating model; governance and continuous improvement.
