Job Title: Sr. SQL Business Systems Analyst

Job Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Liaise between stakeholders, product owners, and source systems.
2. Own the backlog and act as a scrum master for the team.
3. Understand and socialize the data model from a technology perspective.
4. Identify, clarify, analyze, and confirm data change requests and data pipeline modifications.
5. Ensure clarity of requirements, consider edge cases, and assess impact of changes.
6. Support developers through intake, development, testing, and release phases.
7. Manage multiple initiatives and facilitate cross-team collaboration projects.
8. Lead discussions to improve team processes and culture.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Undergraduate Degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Experience supporting developers through the development lifecycle.
• Experience with Capital Markets and Trade Life Cycle.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, JSON.
• Ability to read basic Java code.
• Proficiency in writing SQL and NoSQL queries for data processing and analysis.
