Job Title: Sr. SQL Business Systems Analyst

Job Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Liaise between stakeholders, Product Owners, and source systems.
2. Own the backlog and act as a Scrum Master for the team.
3. Understand and socialize the data model from a technology perspective.
4. Identify, clarify, analyze, and confirm data change requests for master applications and data pipelines.
5. Ensure requirements are clear, consider edge cases, and assess impact of changes.
6. Support developers through intake, development, testing, and deployment of features.
7. Manage multiple initiatives and facilitate cross-team collaboration projects.
8. Lead discussions to improve team processes and culture.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

• Undergraduate Degree.
• 8+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in Capital Markets and Trade Lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, APIs, SQL, JSON.

Desired:

• Basic Java coding skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL for data processing and analysis.
