We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote Canada.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce Business Systems Analysis experience with background/understanding of financial processes/reporting.
• 8+ years experience with gathering business requirements for reporting (our team has Snowflake + Tableau).
• 8+ years of experience with data and reporting, with experience in a financial system such as Oracle or Workday.
• 5+ years experience leading or performing a major role in Discovery Workshops, producing AS-IS and TO-BE process flows in Visio, Lucid, etc.

Preferred Experience

• Identifying gaps and pain points, elucidating requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and gaining client sign-off.
• Preparing for and conducting Sprint End client demos.
• Working with technical leads, onshore and offshore.
• Using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Writing Stories from Epics, running refinement sessions, driving daily stand-ups, and building relationships among Product Owner, Client, and other stakeholders.
• Knowing when to utilize configuration, custom code, or AppExchange products.
• Working within Agile development methodology.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Prior experience with multiple system integrations and data field mapping.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training.
